BRAISE
During my senior year at Marquette, I worked as the creative director on a project for the Milwaukee restaurant, Braise. The (hypothetical) campaign featured print, online, outdoor, and social media advertising. The theme of the campaign was the tagline “Local Food for Local People”. Our goal was to differentiate Braise from its competition by highlighting the restaurant’s commitment to using locally grown ingredients as well as its role as an active part of the Milwaukee community.
